Sonpur.in aims to assist passengers in easily locating ticket-checking staff on trains within the SEE Division.
By displaying the names and mobile numbers of the staff, an alternate channel for direct communication is provided in case of need.
This initiative is based on Circular CC 48 of 2012, which was initially tied to printed charts, no longer in use due to a policy change - discontinuing chart printing.
The objective is to offer passengers a faster and more efficient way to seek help and resolve any inconveniences during their journey.
